User Acceptance Testing

User acceptance testing (UAT) offers evaluation from a real-world viewpoint to ensure a finished product meets the needs of its intended users. As the final step before release, Vivo Group will guide and facilitate user acceptance testing to scrutinise the software's functionality and usability in a simulated product environment. The feedback garnered will determine whether the software meets the users requirements and intended business purpose, and whether corrections or adjustments to the software are necessary.
